Creating a portfolio strategy for a top 10 oncology company, including an expansion blueprint for clinical and late-stage assets (novel-novel combinations) and identified a revenue of $5.7 billion over a five-to-seven-year period. And developed a cost optimization operating plan for a $100 billion biopharmaceutical company, resulting in $1.7 billion in savings across the enterprise (commercial, R&D, manufacturing) & identified reinvestment strategies for growth.
